According to the *Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China*, Chenpi (Citrus Peel) is the dried ripe peel of *Citrus reticulata* Blanco and its cultivars, divided into common Chenpi and Guang Chenpi. Guang Chenpi mainly comes from the Chachi mandarin, and **Xinhui Chenpi** is regarded as the genuine geo-authentic variety, valued both medicinally and culinarily — hailed as “Centennial Chenpi, Millennial Ginseng” and “Soul of Cantonese Cuisine”. XinBaoTang uses biotechnology to develop Xinhui Chenpi-based health products, including chenpi yogurt, coffee, water, licorice water, sparkling water, wine, as well as formulations with American ginseng, dendrobium, astragalus, lingzhi, goji, and Chachi mandarin juice.
